Every note has a colour
C is red, D is orange, E is yellow… the same colours music classrooms use. Children match colour to colour long before they can read. Letters can be switched on for older kids.
Piano game for kids 4–10
Every note has a colour. The next one floats above its key, and the song waits until your child finds it. No timer, no score, no wrong notes. Just a real grand piano and a little bird called Bop.

How it works
C is red, D is orange, E is yellow… the same colours music classrooms use. Children match colour to colour long before they can read. Letters can be switched on for older kids.
No conveyor belt, no countdown. The next note floats above its key and gently bounces until your child plays it. The two after it wait just above, so they can see what is coming.
Every key plays a real piano note. A different key simply sounds its own note and lights its own colour. No buzzer, no red cross. Bop tilts his head and the bubble keeps bouncing.
Three stars, confetti and a dancing Bop. Then your child can hear their own playing back. The stars are a moment of joy, not a score: nothing is counted or kept.
See it in action
Music played on the Salamander Grand Piano, the same piano you hear in the app.
The songs
Nursery rhymes for the youngest, longer classics for bigger fingers. Every melody is a public-domain tune, arranged for white keys only.
Any key, any time. No song, no rules.
6 songs and Just Play are free. One purchase unlocks the rest, plus every song we add later.
Just Play
No song, no rules. Every key sends its colour floating up, chords and glissandos included, with up to ten fingers at once. And for silly moments, six sounds to pick from:
Tap a sound to hear it · Grown-ups can switch the silly sounds off. Songs always use the piano.
Meet Bop
Bop is your child’s piano buddy. He talks like a giggly friend, never like a teacher. Pianimo comes in English, Tiếng Việt, Nederlands and Deutsch.
"Hi! I'm Bop. Press the red key and I'll sing!"
"Find the blue key!" Colour words are all a child needs.
"Ooh, lovely!" A little cheer at the end of each phrase.
Stars, confetti and a dance when the song is done.
Pause and he dozes off, ready to carry on where you stopped.
